When you purchase or lawfully access our digital educational content, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own personal educational purposes.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
Unless we provide prior written authorization, you may not:

Prices are displayed before purchase and may be denominated in U.S. dollars or another displayed currency.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. We do not control the security or availability of third-party payment networks and are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Applicable taxes, duties, currency-conversion charges or other governmental charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.
We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases. A price change will not retroactively alter the price of a completed one-time purchase.
10. REFUNDS AND 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Where a product is expressly advertised as including our 30-day money-back guarantee, a customer may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original qualifying purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted to:

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the 30-day guarantee applies once to the original qualifying purchase and does not create an entitlement to repeated purchases and refunds of substantially the same product.
Where no money-back guarantee is expressly offered for a particular product, digital-product sales may be final once access or download has been supplied, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Certain future Services, including application-based educational products, may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
Where a subscription automatically renews, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation method will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain the customer's affirmative consent to recurring charges and provide required renewal, trial, price-change or other notices.
Customers will be provided with a reasonably accessible method to cancel recurring subscriptions, subject to applicable law and the specific subscription terms presented at purchase.
Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a right to refund amounts already properly charged, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by our refund policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular paid product or Service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to JCA Media and Consulting LLC for that product or Service during the applicable claim period.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JCA Media and Consulting LLC from third-party claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.
21. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably determine that a user has materially violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, compromised the security of the Services, or unlawfully distributed our intellectual property.
Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we may provide notice before termination.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property protections, payment obligations, disclaimers and limitations of liability.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in a user's jurisdiction apply and cannot legally be waived.
Subject to such mandatory rights, disputes relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
23. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Stock Market Trainer is an online educational business that may be accessed by users in multiple countries.
Financial, investment, securities, tax and consumer laws vary between jurisdictions.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific terms presented for a particular paid product or subscription, the more specific terms will govern that product or subscription to the extent of the conflict.
